All about our U-Picks

Driving out to the country. Stepping out of your car to a big inhale of fresh air. Breathing out a deep exhale of peace. Taking in the beauties that you get to select. Arranging your flowers while you chat and laugh. Bringing your flowers home to sit on your counter and remind you of each moment.

This is the U-Pick experience.

Grab your friends, bring some snacks and a beverage, and come enjoy a morning or evening out on the farm.

What to expect?

Upon arrival you will receive some brief instruction about cutting and safety, as well as how to care for your flowers when you bring them home. Then you will be able to walk among the U-Pick field and cut to fill your Wild Flower Farm cup. (fits about 25-30 stems). Feel free to bring snacks and beverages to enjoy and linger, even after you are done cutting.

Where do I park?

Please do NOT park in our driveway.
Follow the signs to pull in on the WEST side of our property (by the flower stand), pull up to the barn, and park facing the U-Pick field. (Follow the signs)

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring with you a pair of clean scissors if you have a favorite pair (we have extras available), clothes/shoes that can handle the dirt, and sunscreen or bugspray as needed (we are in full sun during the day and there are plenty of bugs biting in the evening hours). You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks to enjoy.

Do we need to have tickets?

During our Open UPick hours, you do not need to have tickets.
If you would like to have the farm to yourself, please check out our Private UPick option where you can purchase tickets and select a time to have the farm to yourself

Anything else?

Again, please follow the signs for parking carefully. You may walk amongst the flower fields, but please do not go around the rest of the property without permission. This property is our home, and we ask that you respect the boundaries we have to ensure privacy.

Our Tulip UPick will be back in the
Spring of 2026!
