Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl (I like to do the dry first and then add in the wet). The mixture should start to clump together, but if it doesn’t, add a bit of water, just 1 teaspoon at a time. Let the mixture rest in the fridge for an hour. Then using your hands or a cookie scoop, roll into balls. If you need help getting them to stick together a bit more, add just a touch of water. In a medium sized bowl, mix the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over the bread and toss so the bread is completely covered. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours (overnight is a great option). Preheat oven to 350* If desired, mix the cinnamon and sugar topping together and sprinkle evenly over the french toast. Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 45-60 minutes, depending on how soft you prefer it to be. Spices - just use what you have! No real need for ketchup/worchestershire/garlic. If you want less cheese, add a few more bread crumbs to hold the mixture together) Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Use your hands or a scoop (I use a medium-sized cookie scoop) to form meatballs. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately or allow to cool and store in ziploc bag in the freezer.
